By accessing or using the Services, by being called by or calling a BeAuthentic voice AI agent, or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

Important. These Terms contain a binding arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver (Section 15) that affect your legal rights. Please read them carefully.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, immediately and without notice if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms, that your use creates a security, legal, or carrier-compliance risk, or that suspension is required by law.
